Does 25-i.com sell agricultural chemicals?
No. The site is purely informational. It does not sell, distribute or register any product and does not take orders or provide quotes.
What does the name "25-i" mean?
It is just the site's brand name. It does not refer to any chemical, product line or classification.
Can you recommend a product or rate for my field?
No. Product choice and rates depend on the crop, pest, growth stage, equipment, local regulations and the specific product label. Your cooperative extension office, a certified crop adviser or a licensed applicator can give site-specific advice.
What is the difference between REI and PHI?
The restricted-entry interval (REI) is how long workers must stay out of a treated area (or wear PPE). The pre-harvest interval (PHI) is the minimum time between the last application and harvest. Both are listed on the label.
Why rotate modes of action?
Repeatedly using products with the same mode of action selects for resistant weeds, insects or pathogens. Rotating or mixing effective modes of action, alongside non-chemical controls, slows resistance. See our resistance management guide.
How accurate are the calculators?
They perform straightforward arithmetic on what you enter. They do not know your product or label, so always verify results by hand and against the label before mixing.
Who do I call in an emergency?
Follow the label first-aid instructions and call poison control (1-800-222-1222 in the U.S.) or your local emergency number. Keep the product label with you.
How do I report an error?
Use the contact page. We review reported errors and update pages where needed.
