The label is the law
For any pesticide, the product label (and the Safety Data Sheet) is the authoritative and legally binding source for rates, crops, personal protective equipment, re-entry and pre-harvest intervals, storage and disposal. If anything on this site conflicts with a label or with your local regulations, the label and the regulations take precedence. Restricted-use pesticides may only be purchased and applied by, or under the supervision of, a certified applicator.
Calculators
The calculators on this site perform simple arithmetic on the numbers you enter. They do not know your product, crop, equipment or local rules. Always double-check results by hand and against the label before mixing or applying anything.
Emergencies
In case of poisoning or exposure, follow the first-aid instructions on the label and call poison control (1-800-222-1222 in the United States) or your local emergency number. The National Pesticide Information Center (1-800-858-7378) answers non-emergency questions.
